CHECKDIN
Inspection protocol

Audit methodology and standard operating protocol.

Hospitality directors inspect properties incognito under civilian bookings. We audit 120 operational checkpoints and record verbatim how guests feel.

Stage 01. Calibration
Property & scenario alignment
We calibrate the rubric to your operational scale and select the civilian guest profile to simulate.
Stage 02. Deployment
Incognito arrival
Inspectors book standard public channels at full rack rate under civilian names. On-site teams receive zero advance notice.
Stage 03. Execution
Dual-lens 120-point rubric & human diary
Inspectors log technical metrics (temperatures, wait times, acoustics) alongside a chronological emotional journal of guest friction and relief.
Stage 04. Reporting
48-hour GM dossier delivery
Delivered under strict non-disclosure directly to the General Manager: prioritized maintenance items, departmental assignments, verbatim guest feelings, and a private 45-minute debrief call.
Guest psychology

CheckdIn records quantitative data and how guests feel.

A compliance checklist records whether a pool gate exists. CheckdIn documents whether a parent spent the afternoon anxious over a broken latch. Verbatim notes show general managers frontline friction through the guest's eyes.
